1.6T PAM4 Series (200G per lane)

Overview

Raytel 1.6T PAM4 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection, such as Leaf to Spine switch in AI datacenter, switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc.

The 1.6T VR8 / 2xVR4 PAM4 transceiver are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 212G PAM4 for each lane. The Optical interface is MPO-16 APC or dual MPO-12 APC.

800G PAM4 (200G per lane) Series

400G PAM4 Series

Overview

Raytel 400G PAM4 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,such as Server to Leaf switch or Leaf to Spine switch in AI datacenter , switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc.

The 400G VR4/ SR8 PAM4 transceiver are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver which supports 400GBE(4x100G or 8x50G).

The 4x100G DR/FR/LR PAM4 series are based on SiP (Silicon Photonics) technology ,There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 106G PAM4 for each lane . The Optical interface is MPO-12 APC.

The 400G QSFP-DD DR4/FR4/LR4 are based on Micro-Optics technology ,which are incorporated 4 high performance EML lasers. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical data rate is 53G PAM4 for each lane .

The 200G FR4 series are based on Micro-Optics technology ,which are incorporated 4 high performance DFB lasers. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical data rate is 53G PAM4 for each lane .

40G/100G QSFP28 Series

Overview

Raytel 40G/100G QSFP28 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,there are 40G AOC/SR4/eSR4/LR4 ,100G AOC/SR4/eSR4/CWDM4/LR4 different types ,which can be used in TOR to Leaf switch in data-center , switch to switch in High Performance Computing ,Leaf to Spine and Spine to Core switches in datacenter etc.

The 40G/100G QSFP28 SR4/eSR4 series transceivers are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. The 40G QSFP+ LR4 and 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 transceiver are incorporated with 4 CWDM uncooled DFB lasers and a PD array . The 100G QSFP28 LR4 transceiver is incorporated with 4 Lan-WDM cooled DFB lasers and a PD array .The 100G QSFP28 ER4 /ZR4 transceivers are incorporated with 4 Lan-WDM cooled EML lasers and a PD array , the SOA is added in 100G ZR4.

The 100G QSFP28 DR1/FR1/LR1 single lamda series transceivers are incorporated a cooled EML laser and a PD-TIA , a low power consumption DSP is inside with the optical side data rate up to 1x106G/s PAM4.

25G/40G/100G/200G/400G AOC Series

Overview

Raytel 10G/25G/40G/100G/200G/400G Active Optical Cable (AOC) series are designed for high speed data connection ,such as server to TOR switch in datacenter , switch to switch in LAN etc.

The series AOC modules are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD with Chip on Board (COB) technology. The breakout AOC is also available for 40G/100G/400G series.

The 200G/400G AOC series are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 53G PAM4 for each lane.
